Should i be getting anything ready after sending my I-129f...I know i just sent it today and my fiance is in Dominican Republic...which is like the longest embassy to review the cases but shuold i be getting something ready...while waiting ...for everything....

2003- Romantic Relationship

11/2004-Engaged

9/29/06 - I-129F Sent (long way to go 'till my baby comes!)

10/3/06 - I-129F Signed/recieved by TSC

10/16/06 - NOA1

12/21/06 - I-129F Approved - NOA2

1/8/07-NVC gave me case number in DR and sent it to the embassy

Maybe you should plan a trip to go see him. Otherwise there's not much to do right now. Maybe make a photo album or something?

Collect bank statements, saving and checking....

and your pay stubs from work...

Vermont Service Center...

- Aug 14th - I-129F Arrived

- Aug 15 - NOA1

- Aug 17th - Check cashed

- Aug 18th - touched

- Aug 24th - touched

- Aug 29th - touched!

- Sept 1st - touched??

- Sept 1st - approved little later after being touched!!

- Sept 2nd - touched - sent stuff to NVC?

- Sept 6th - NVC Received my case

- Sept 12th - petition forwarded to embassy

- Sept 14th - embassy receives it

- Dec.. - passes interview! .. Arrived to the US!

- Jan 15th - got married in vegas!!

- Jan 26th - went to SS office to apply and change last name

- Feb 8th - Received SS card with new last name!

- Feb 19th - Chicago received my application - delivered

- End of May Interview

- Less than 2 weeks later. Green card in the mail!

I don't think you should do this yet. Since you're going through DR it could take another year or so for the actual interview right? Your I-134 should probably be no more than 6 months old when it's needed in the interview and you will need recent paystubs, bank statements etc. so hold off on that stuff. I guess you could start collecting it but I doubt they will look at your pay stubs from 2 years prior to the interview.
