im sorry i didnt get it what u said? im new in this :(:(:(:(

You posted your question in our forum for polls, where people ask questions that you can answer by clicking buttons. I moved it to our forums for AP (Administrative Processing), which is what you are asking about. In this new forum, there are many people who are under AP so hopefully you will get some answers.

AP is pretty standard for males with certain origin and fOr females it is not as strict. The timeline for an AP could take 2 months to a year and no one can give you a specific timeframe. However there. Oils be different types of AP. did they tell you if it is with embassy or others? At this time what you need is to hold on to your patience and prey that it gets over in a reasonable time. At the same time call DOS every on e in a while.

I know this don't help in anyway; however good luck and best wishes for you

DOS will not give you any details except pending, in review, updated... they told us a week ago we had several updates but couldn't tell us what they were. They do not and can not tell you anything with detail regarding you case. You can try emailing the embassy or calling once per month but i wouldn't do it more than that. Call DOS on Fridays as updates are usually made between wednesday and thursday. They used to be able to tell you but they don't any longer. Im sure there is nothing wrong with your case but name checks. The only reason we know we are in name checks is because the CO called me a month after my husbands interview and at the end said our case ws fine... techinally he couldn't tell us we were approved but we have nothing to worry about and nothing further needed just name checks. Just wait.. and call once a week.. that's all you can do. Best of luck

No we are still in mandatory AP... we are waiting to get the visa and then ill update a date for Port of Entry (POE) that's why the date is xx but sadly i need to change it to 2012 now :(

If you can't call the embassy then all you can do is email once per month. Try to stay busy and just be patient that's all the advice i have for you. My husband and I are online from the time we are both home from work until we go to work the next day... making as normal a life as possible.. he reads to the baby helps the girls with homework.. i cook and clean we talk long talks and spend every minute we have together online. That's all I can tell you.. wishing you the best...
