My fiance (usc) sent me the notarized I-134 form. He put wrong year on his year of birth. He told me to just fix it, it supposed to be 1979, but he wrote 1978 (*_*)' Can I just fix it by my self using a correction pen or should I ask him to make the correct one then send it again to me? Thanks!

I am 100% sure that he has to make a new one...and notarize it again!

Thats what the notarization is for.To certify the correctness of the document! You can't fix it yourself...it'll be fraud.

It's a little bit different. The G-325A is not a contract. It contains no oath or affirmation. It's bureaucratic form used by USCIS for general data collection. While the contractual portion of the I-134 is not enforceable in a court, the form does contain an oath which the signer takes under penalty of perjury. It's generally legal to change a contract, but not by obscuring what was originally written there with correction fluid. It's usually done by striking out the original information with a single line and initialing the alteration. Corrections, if any, can then be written into the margins.
