You have a Great attititude TucsonBill Other post are writing about only submitting the bare essentials required and not including what other VJ'ers have had RFE for. I sent more than required but did it in a clear way that described what each document was. Thank God I had No RFE, in fact no touch after the intial touch that they had our petition. We just got the NOA2 by Snail mail and our USCIS statis is still showing our initial NOA1 approval. Oh well, I have our NOA2 in hand and that is what counts Everyone has their oppinion on what to send, but it seems that this is not as clear cut as it used to be. We are in the IMBRA days now folks!!!

Don't get too excited. An immigration officer told me today that my RFE receipt date is now my new NOA1 and will be processed according to that date! A little more detail below link.

Dang DeanIWait!!!! You have a NOA1 of 5-03-06? The new NOA1 date by IMBRA RFE is not right. I will send many prayers for an approval that should have already have happened. Please keep your faith and positive attitude

I've been watching things pretty closely lately, and many people who return their RFE's (non IMBRA), are getting approved within a day or two of CSC receiving the RFE back. Also, things seem to be moving alot faster now that the IMBRRA backlog is getting caught up.

Last but not least, my Fiance has a good job and gets a fat bonus if she works till the end of December, and then needs to give 30 days notice to train her replacement. Our wedding plans are not till February, so... all in all I'm pleased and not too worried
