My Fiance wants to send me 3 documents of paper, From Davao it took like 3 weeks to get a card from her , Would regular mail from manila be any faster? would it be worth going to DHL or FED EX for such a small package?

My Fiance' uses LBC Express which arrives to me by DHL. That's is how she sent me Christmas or birthday cards last year. When I send her packages, I send it by UPS. That can be very expensive going through a UPS store, but I know it is the cheapest between FedEX or DHL. I don't know if you work for a company that has a corporate account, but I found out I could ship my stuff through my company. It will save me alot of money in shipping,I just have to pay cash for charges. That is my recommendation! Good luck!

So Far my Fiance has sent me letters/Cards from QC and have not had any problem. It usually arrives between 7 to 14 days. However I sent 3 xmas cards to her and her daughter in the beginning of December and only 2 made it within 2 weeks the other 1 month after and it was opened with an apology letter for the condition of the letter. They opened it and took something..lol oh well I knew better.

Just sent her daughter a Bday card 1 week ago and still waiting to arrive, got a feeling it will get opened again as I included kiddie stickers for her..lol..

If you are send cards are stuff from the US to Philippines, I suggest you use UPS, DHL, or FedEX. I sent a letter to my fiance and one small evelope to Pateros, Manila and she still has not recieved it! I do all my shipping UPS because it is the cheapest!

Everytime my mother send me card or package from the Philippines, it normally arrives within 10 - 15 days.

I always send papers, cards, gifts to my hubby using LBC and im from nueva ecija it only take 3 days and my hubby got it .. and in LBC they have minimum like 1,270 pesos .. (it depends on how much ur documents weight) but thts pretty cheap for me .. compared to fedex and dhl.
