Called the USEM and spoke with a nice gentleman today....I gave him all of our info and he informed me that Diana, or any fiance' there, doesn't have to wait for the USEM to send the pkt to their house, that one can download the pkt online with instructions, and proceed on with the process.....so we are.

this same thing we talked today, i hope my fiance did ask same questions too. I know i can download the notice and the instructions available but my fiance want me to receive the actual letter 1st.Do i really have to wait before proceeding next step? we've been waiting long already can we cut some times off.

FWIW, my wife never received a packet (packet 3) from the embassy. We just downloaded it from the us embassy manila's website. My wife didn't get her interview letter until one week before the interview. Granted this is a few years ago, but that was our experience.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
