Hi all, :wacko: (so confused)

Can someone tell me if it is necessary to send in the 2 color photo's and a photocopy of the applicant’s passport along with the pkt 3 forms? Also, what is the best way to send Packet 3?

Yes, you have to send in 2 colour photos along with the photocopy of the bio page. I sent mine with xpresspost, it gets there in a couple days and gets signed by someone and only costs about $15.
