My wife will get her green card soon, as our interview went well on the 12th! Next is getting her daughter a visa to join us here in the USA, her daughter was included in the my wife's application for her visa! Now we need an interview for her daughters visa, what form do we need? Thanks, Brett&Andrea

this varies by time and timing.

IF the difference between interview day in China and today is less than 365 days, is good hope that a K-2 follow to join case is do-able - simply send off the packet 3 stuff to GUZ IV on the daughter.

If that difference is greater than 1 year - then you (the USCitizen Spouse) needs to file an I-130 to the lockbox address in USA (Chicago or Phoenix) , chasing after an IR-2 visa, later, with more document intake at NVC. Use NVC Electronic Processing for this.

There's also some age restrictions on each method used.

OK - her interview date at GUZ IV was 2011-06-15

so

daughter can send off the Packet 3 documents (see http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/forms_and_packets.htm - download a full set on the K-1, study up on the OF-169)

What is daughters age, as of today?

Good Luck !
