Ok I'm new to this so no sure I'm asking the right questions.

My situation is this... I'm and English living in britain and my partner is American military currently in the uk but heading back to the US. He has 4 years left to serve before retiring and moving back to the UK. We want for me to move to America while he finishes his service. We are planning on getting married so the fiancé visa is the route we are looking at but it seems complicated and I don't know how to start the process

So my questions are:

Where do we start?

What forms do we need?

Is there any benefit for us with him being military?
