file K1 adjustment of status with new last name?

Hey all....hard work is done. freaking 10 months of h#ll dealing with immigration and embassy #######. Now when you file for adjustment of status do you file your fiance's name with her married name or the name on her passport? which name do you file with? if you file with her old name can you change it later? thanks folks. the information here has been great.

File with the name she wants to use. If she wants to change her name, put that. If she doesn't she does not have to. You can change it later but it'll cost money - doing it now is free.

If your wife took your last name when you married, then she will use her married name when filing for AOS. You need to use the name she intends on legally using from now on as that is what name will be on the green card. To change the green card later means you will need to file an I-90 and pay another $450.
