Hello all VJers my case is the next, when my fiance filed for my k1 visa she was living on arizona, i already got my k1 visa and plan on traveling to the US on february, recently she moved to boston, do she need to report to the USCIS that she moved in order to do the AOS or can she just leave it like that since its a new petition

You are not a permanent resident yet so there is no need to report anything, you do not even have your first address yet and her OLD address is not YOUR old address, you never lived there.

You will do a new G-325a when you file the AOS, make sure it is correct. She does not need to do a G-325a for the AOS so her moving is not an issue.

ohh okay i see ty! what about she, do she need to notify them since she filled up the process with her old adress

No. SHE has no more to do in this process, she already did her part, the petition for the K-1 visa. There is nothing further for the US citizen to do and US citizens do not have to report their address to the USCIS, YOU do once you are a permanent resident.

All the rest of the process, the AOS, the Removal of Condtions and the citizenship are YOUR repsonsibility, she will no longer need to submit any documents.

That said, I did all the documents for my wife and she just signed them, but it is HER application
