July & August VSC Filers witn NO NOA2 as of yet; Is anyone doing anything to expedite????

Late August filer here call VSC told me the same thing currently processing July 10th petitions did say I could call in for a service request come next week so that is what I will be doing although no gurantee on that either. But all I can do is hope for the best and try try try to be as patient as I can.

We had our NOA1 on August 12 its been 5 months and my fiance called USCIS today and they said 5 months are in february call back in a month ...

Then they will tell you allow 18 more days, and then call back in 30 days...

Hi LagrimasDeAmor,

there has been cases, many at that in which the congressman's inquiry at the local office has led to an approval within 48 hrs (i got mines the next day)

I would say everyone has their own luck with that, some have not seen results from them and really just had to wait. but i would tell you to find out your local congressman's office call and set up an apt to visit them in person. FORGET THE ONLINE INQUIRIES. call the local office, go there...sign the form giving them authorization to further call the center and inquire on your behalf. when i got my call back from the community liaison at the local congressman's office she told me that the lady at the vsc had just pulled the file and would get back to me within 3 days....and there it was the very next evening that i got the approval...

Still working with my Congressman's office..

I am there as well all they did was an email and ots been 2 weeks and still no response, Senator's office not doing its due diligence.

So disappointing...

Contacted Congressman 3 weeks ago, all they did is sent an email, still no response. ANYBODY ELSE with similar experience, anyone contactin US congressnman with different outcomes?
