Average processing time is 5 months from NOA1 :clock:

Some go quicker, some longer... but you can't even complain to them until April 21st 2012 and then they will tell you to give it another 30 days... sigh... focus on your blessings... the day WILL come.

Just got off the phone with USCIS the same BS answer as 3 weeks ago from USCIS about VSC. "They are still processing cases from July 10th" and told that we "should hear something in February"....

Best of luck,

Erik

VSC is also doing mine. I wonder what would happen if when they say give you that line...We are still processing cases from july 10th.. you asked 'then how are petitions sent in Nov and decemeber already approved and mine was sent in August and I'm still waiting?'. I wonder how they would explain that? India does not strike me as a high fraud country.

Matt

Those are military returning to the US and extreme hardship cases that get priority (As the should).

That is how they would explain the question (had it been asked)

Actually, no, they stated "that cases are not necessarily processed in order." What you said could only be true if 90% of the cases here on visa journey magically fell into that category, which they most likely aren't. See the shear number of September & October cases from VSC that have received a NOA2 while a few of us from the start of August are still waiting.

Enjoy,

Erik

He wasn't talking about September and October cases, he referred to cases from Nov and Dec that were aproved in Jan (1-2 Months). Those cases are more than likely military and/or harships cases
