I met Rosemarie on an Internet chat site in Sept. 2011. We continued to visit via Instant-messagings, Emails, and telephone. In October we felt we loved each other and wanted to meet in person. I traveled to Manila on Nov 29, 2011 and spent 12 days with Rosemarie On Dec. 10Th I proposed, and she accepted. We love each other dearly and miss each other so much. We want our child to be born in The States (yes she is pregnant with my child)

01/07/2012 Mailed I-129F to TSC

01/10/2012 Accepted TSC, Sent to CSC for Processing

01/12/2012 Updated

01/14/2012 I-797C NOA1 Hard Copy Received Via USPS

My Rosemarie has been sick pretty much everyday for the last couple weeks (morning sickness). Rose's cousin is helping her with day to day living (while living with Rose's sister). Her Cousin needs to go back to her family farm to work.

My income will be the same where ever I live. However my expenses will "double" if I have to go to Manila to care for my Rose and would have to live on a credit-card. We want to get married before our child arrives of-course. She would like to get married with her family, but is not more important as getting married soon preferably in The United States.

Short of selling everything I own (home etc.) at Auction to provide for my family. Are there any opinions about getting my Fiancee, Child here to the USA (before its too late in the pregnancy to FLY)? I will do whatever necessary to provide for the safety and well-being of my family.

So here are my Questions.

1) Would going to the Philippines getting Married, and doing a DCF complicate the already submitted I-129F

2) Would her medical condition be a compelling argument to warrant a grant to "expedite"

3) What would your suggestion's be?

Keep in mind please, that my ultimate goal is for my family be together here at my place in The Great State of Idaho.

Thank you guys, and thanks for a great site.

Kelly.

P.S. Darnell am I moving in the right direction?

If you get married your 129-F is Null and Void. You will have to File all over again for a Spousal Visa.

As far as a Medical reasan for expedite that will/must be approved in writing by a doctor and go from there. More paperwork and time. Remember, USCIS does not care that you met and had sex and now she's pregnant. What were you thinking? They will care about her well-being/care and a bonified reason for Expedite in each case. Its not like they never seen this before.

My suggestion is: Do what you feel you must do.

At this point: I would stay with the K-1 Visa Plan unless there is something I missed.

Ok, your advice is not void the I-129F correct?

I will have Rose go to her Doctor and get his opinion and recommendation. I have a printer and time.

We met and had sex correct.

What I was thinking, nothing just the moment,(not about the 40 condoms I brought with)

A Bonified reason is why I posted these questions. I love my fiancee,

Thank you for taking time to respond.

You asked ? I Answered ... My advice is a good as 40 condoms. Don't always work.

I just wanted to let you know what the consequenses are of Voiding your currant petition. Paying the fees all over again. Medical reports, selling everything you own when your plan is to return in Idaho.

Post a few pics. I'm on your side you know. Good Luck to you and Rose.

1) Would going to the Philippines getting Married, and doing a DCF complicate the already submitted I-129F

If you were to get married, it would void the already submitted fiancee visa petition. You would have to go back to the start and refile a spousal visa petition. To be able to file via DCF, you would have to reside in the Philippines for 6 or more months on a long-term stay visa or residence permit, tourist visa extensions do not count.

2) Would her medical condition be a compelling argument to warrant a grant to "expedite"

No

3) What would your suggestion's be?

Since you have already started the K1 process, my suggestion to you is to let that continue. Don't plan on it being complete before the baby arrives; you will have to file a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) for the baby.

Yes I know your on my side. (in-between the scolding, lol) Thank you very much.

I have a hard time going step-by-step sometimes. Since the tearful goodbye in the airport, all I can think of is, how do i get my Fiance here, then after I found out she was pregnant it was, how do I get my family here.

Right about now, is when I wonder what I was thinking.

I just thought, Hey I am an American Citizen with an American Pedigree, why cant my Fiancee come here NOW?

I was naive at best. So now My hard hat is on.

Thanks again,

Kelly

You're questions have already been answered. Hopefully, you're petition gets approved rather quickly. We filed April 1, 2011 and by

September 2, 2011, Patty was in the US. So, it is definitely possible for her to make it to the US before she gives birth. My suggestion is

be pro active in preparing the required documents for the interview when you get the approval of the petition. Once your petition is

approved and you have your manila case number, the process can go as fast as you want by being pro active. Good luck to you!

Well To Clarify lol. My parents, my Granparents, Great Grandparents, were born in America (The United States of America) 4 Generations back My paternal side is from Canada. I didnt go any further because it costs 30 bucks a month to continue researching International Ancestry. However, I got back to the 16th Century on my Grandmothers Heritage. It is so interesting to go back and see how names have changed (or mis-spelled) and over time (hundreds of years) The name has completely changed. ie, Johan, Johaan, Johann, John, Jon , Rannow. Ranno, Ranow................
