IMHO, If you had reason to file for expedited AP with AOS, you may find that EAD also gets expedited (I expedited AP and received EAD approval in 23 days). Obviously, there are no guarantees and I would not advocate expediting AP unless there was legitimate reason to do so.

Good idea, thanks

I think tourist visas are very hard to get from the Philippines, right?

And coming on a tourist Visa with intent to marry and not return is not something I would advise that you do. It's Visa Fraud.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Why not? Happens all the time.

Because it's Visa fraud? Because something happens all the time doesn't make it right? Advising someone to intentionally commit an act of fraud on Visa Journey violates the TOS?

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Congratulations on your marriage and sucess. It seems that there would be no restrictioins on working in a family business as long as she does not get paid. What law can prevent a wife from helping her husband in the home or buisness? Of course the powers that be may see it differently. We come here to ask questions of each other and get help, share ideas, and compare notes. I appreciate receiving thoughtful responses like yours.

What law stops grandmother taking care of grandchild?

Same would be applicable to you as well, as per immigration it is considered as work.
