Finally, my priorioty date is current and we are going to submit the i485 on Feb 1 after a long waiting time, however, i found a problem, i am currently working in a university A using H1B, three years ago, i also workied for another university B for two months using concurrent H1B. Now i find that the valid date in the I129 for the concurrent H1B is wrong, it shows June 6, 2009-June 20, 2009, it should be Apr 2, 2009-June 20, 2009. It should be USCIS's error as i chekced the original application and the valid date is correct. So my quesion is: Can i still sumbit my I 485 now? I have chekced the internet to find answers, it seems i need to ask the employer to file a H1B amendent which will take 6 months to get it fixed. I am worried about it very much. Because 6 months later, it is most likely that my priorioty date will not be current and i will not be able to submit I485 and i will wait for another few years.

Any one could suggest a solution?

Thank you.
