Agreed. Why, specifically, was the visa denied and the petition returned to USCIS? What was the issue at the interview that caused the denial?

If it is a K1 there is a good chance that it will be declared expired ( more so if you are a CSC petition) and you will have to start over again. They claim they will review it and then review the expiration date and declare it dead after months.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If it is CR1, you have a better chance

Just get additional evidences ready. Sometimes you need to represent old evidence in a striking way. Believe. Stand for your right and God will scale you through this wicked system

Hello I am going thru this now. It has been 81 days of ap and no word of nothing.

I want to wish you all the best of luck and say keep your head up and take a long breath.

be patient because this can be a long process.

We have been together for almost two years now, and no marriage.

So pls stay cailm and keep the faith, God is in control.

Our second interview was August. Case got back to uscis Nov 2011

now they say to wait 120 days to 180 days for word.

I pray this will not last a long time for all of us.

you are in my prayers.

Just read somewhere here that three months to six months it will be over.

The best to you in this journey.
