Hello every one, I am submitting i130 petition in mid of Jan 2012 , just in 2-3 days.. What should i expect as a favorable time line? Can some one please tell me also how to interpret visa bulletin because there is one priority date and the other is a cutt off date? Any possible favorable changes in upcoming months that can speed up the process? Waiting anxiously.....

you don't need to repeat your post. read other threads of F2As, the wait is over 2 years, unless you can become a USC.

don't worry about the cut off date, the priority date is what counts.
