Hi guys, I have a specific question about the affidavits (part of evidence of bona fide marriage). I have 5 affidavits, 3 from my side and 2 from my husband's side. The ones from my husband's side were taken earlier while I was still in India, before I knew the instructions. His affidavits are signed and dated, but there is no notarization NOR any writer info (date of birth, address, place of birth etc). On the 3 affidavits I got from my family's side, I knew what to do and had them notarized with the full writer info present.

I am wondering, should I only include the ones from my side or include all of them? The reason I ask this is because I can see it from both ways. On one hand, if I include all of them, then I might get an RFE for his family's affidavits as there is missing info regarding the writer's details. Possibly I would be asked by the USCIS/NVC to tell my husband's family to resubmit the affidavits with their info present (I am guessing here). On the other hand, if I just include the 3 affidavits from my family as their affidavits are complete, then it might seem as if only my family is in support of this marriage as opposed to both families supporting it.

I could also include his 2 affidavits, and just write in their info by my hand, as I know his relatives' date/place of birth/address etc. But it might look suspicious to have their info written on their letters by someone else (me).

Thoughts??
