Mail the petition to the lockbox in texas, from there they will forward it to vermont for processing. As for the G-325a I would complete it to the best of your knowledge. Try to look through old mail or old documents to see if you can find the address. Good luck!

I couldn't remember a temporary address I had from 5 years ago either. But, there is a solution.

Go to http://www.zabasearch.com and search for your own name.

It will bring up all addresses that you've had for a long time. It pulled all of mine up from as far back as more than 30 years ago, including the one I couldn't remember.

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.

Texas for everyone.

List as much info as you can. It's not a showstopper.

They all go to Texas, just like the instructions dictate.

Always read the instructions, they are in English and are easy to understand.
