hi everyone! actually i'm way too far from removing conditions.but i wanna know what are the evidences that need to be submitted.and will changing your address affect the removing of conditions? thanks!

changing of address has no affect on your roc.you will have to call uscis and give them your new address or you can do it online. this has to be done before you send in the 751 application to removed conditions.

Hi captain pinoy! Take a look around here on this website and you'll come across many many postings from all of us with the type of evidence you need! And dont worry about change of address... we moved twice before finding the place we're at now...so i had to include an extra sheet of paper with all of the addresses we had.. total of 4 including our PO Box. I also gave them dates for each place just in case!

...oh...and i just got my approval at the beginning of the month!!

You'll need to provide any evidence that shows co-mingling of finances, assets, housing, etc to prove you are still married and have been for the last 2 years.

thank you so much guys! about changing of address, i just wanna make sure..the permanent resident will fill out AR-11 online? and that's 2 sets right? and the citizen will have to mail form I-864 or 865 not sure of the number, right? and that's it?

864 was the affidavit of support. 865 is the change of address for that person(s).

Change of address online: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa simply file an AR-11 for free if you don't have a case pending. If you do, you'll have to also call them I think to make sure they match up your address change with your actual paperwork.

By paper, mr and mrs is correct! The i-865 form is also free by the way.
