Hi all,

We filed our I-130 directly through the US Embassy in Dublin, Ireland. We sent off our packet 3 materials to the embassy on the 16th November 2011. We have now been waiting to get an interview date for a little over 8 weeks. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience with the Dublin embassy and if there is anything I can do about it. My husband has had to move to the US already as he had to start college 2 weeks ago, so I'm getting a bit crazy about the delay at this stage!!

The I-130 was the first thing we sent off and as we got package three from them after that, I presume that means the I-130 was processed. I am just waiting to be given a date for my interview now. I didn't realise they had an email address, I'll try contacting them that way. Thanks for your help!

they are good about answering E-mail just make sure you put case number in Subject line if you have it

Thanks for all your help. I emailed the embassy last night and they rang today to say that they had sent the interview date, but for some reason it hadn't reached me. My interview is this Thursday!!! :D :D

Seeing as I didn't actually receive the letter, I'm a little worried that I might forget to bring something to the interview. I wonder if anyone can help me add anything to this list:

Passport + photocopy

Medical Report

Photos x 2

Birth Cert + photocopy

Marriage Cert + photocopy

Police Certs from everywhere I've lived for longer than 6 months

DS-230 Part II

I'm also worried about the fee. How much is it? and what method do you have to use to pay?

Thanks!!
