Hello everyone!

I sent my pack 3 to the embassy on my country. Im applicant for visa k1 and i have 3 childs accompanying me.

They sent me response already and the only thing they marked as i need to get is: 3 additional copies of I-134, evidence of actual income and tax declaration of my fiancee to b incluided in my kids documentation.

I already sent a i-134 form listing me as beneficiary and the childs as accompanying me, as well as the letters from his employer and his bank, as well as his 1040 and his W2 and also his 3 last paystubs.

My question is, do i have to just make more photocopies of that same forms (even the i-134 that list me as beneficiary and them as childs accompanying me) or does he have to just fill one on each kid name as beneficiary?

If so, and he have to fill it on the childs name, what should he state in the "relationship to petitioner"

We are really lost in this one so any help is welcome!!!!

Sorry I messed up the post

They must each have their own specifically listing them as the beneficiary. Repeat the documentation for each.

The relationship is "child of fiancee"

Wow! I didn't realize that a 134 was needed for each one either. So glad that I caught this thread.

Arghh... more paperwork.

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.
