he tells some accounts of what happened, but we don't know what even went on in the house, just what he claimed.

No doubt the parents and family can give more information on what went on.

I ask once again Danno, if you were in placed in the shoes of the parents of this child, would you accept this kid as he is, or would you shun him as his parents did?

It's understood you are slow and me being the patient giving person I am I will run through it once more.

There are too many unknowns here to say without speculating.

It's highly doubtful he was an angle of a teen, few are (me being the exception of course)

If my son were a homosexual, not really sure how I might respond any more than if my son were a drug addict.

Of course that part of him would be repulsive to me and most other people, but I know I would still love him and any reaction would be based on that.

Naturally I would worry for him too, the Life expectancy for Homosexual men is considerably lower than normal males not to mention the huge number of medical problems associated with the Homosexual lifestyle.

Naturally I would try to be hopeful, there are more people than most realize, who consider themselves EX-Gay but admittedly it is a difficult thing to change for some and probably not possible in others. Many people have sexual compulsions they must learn to manage because there is no cure or fix.

Despite the name "gay".... that community is wracked not only with high rates of STDs and other health problems we mentioned but also mental health problems, higher rates of drug and alcohol abuse as well as Suicide and the need for professional care and medication.

Some people seem quite content with the lifestyle (as did the boy above) but the numbers tell another story and who would want that for their kid?

But again, I would of course still love him and he would have to do more than come to me and say -"Dad I'm Gay" to get the boot.
