Case Number from NVC

I received my 2nd NOA on December 5 and so far have not received my case number from NVC. My fiancecalled USCIS and they said they have 90 days to send to NVC, as well as 90 days?? It happened withanyone?? What action taken?? I need help ... I'm hoping to do 39 days.

Some of these operators give some misleading information. From your post, I see it has been more than one month since your NOA 2. if nothing out of the ordinary happened, you case should have arrived NVC but maybe not entered into their system yet. I would suggest you call NVC to hear what they say. Their number is 603-334-0700, you could enter your USCIS receipt number to hear if the AVR (Automatic Voice Response) system has anything on ur case. If not redial and select option to speak with a human and this can be done mon-Fri 7:30 am -12mn EST.
