Hi All,

Happy new year!

Planning to apply for I-130 DCF @ New Delhi , INDIA.

I am a USC , Came to India from US in July 11 and got married in Dec 11, I am working with the same employer in the US (working from home) from India.

Got few questions on the I-130 form, tried to search them here in the forums however did not find they yet, hope will get some help.

1) In Part B (Information about you)/Question#2-"Address" should this be my US address or my current addres where I stay in India?

2) Part B -14 & 14B , If you are a law full permanent resident alien, complete the following-Should I write down N/A or leave it blank ? and what should I put in 14B ?

3) Part C -1, "Family Name": my wife has changed her surname after marriage, should I write down the after marriage name or her maiden name.

4) Part C-2, "Address':as we are recently married she does not have address proof in her name of the new place, should I put the old or her parental address or just put in the current address.

5) Part C-19 "Your relative's address aborad": is this my US address where we intend to live or the Indian address where we currently live?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
