What's longest someone waited to file aos after getting married. I'm not gonna b able to file b4 the 90 days are up. Will it be a problem? I've heard of several people telling me there is no deadline to file it? Some say you HAVE to before 90 days r up.

I think the longest I have seen on VJ recently was someone saying they had not filed AOS for 3 years and were just going to file recently.

It is recommended to file as soon as you can and not wait a very long time.

It is not a requirement to file AOS before the 90 days are up - only requirement is to get married in the 90 days.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
