Hi there, I have question about affidevit of support, Since I already send my affidevit of support with my petition to the CSC, so do I have to prepare all the papers again and send to abroad consulate as well, and or the CSC will send all my papers (affidevit of support) along with approved petition?

I am confused here, please help

thanx

You should have made two exact duplicates of everything you sent in to the CSC so you would have one for your own records

YMMV

Considering the USCIS does not examine financial issues, I'd say you'd have to have a new one prepared. Affidavits and the supporting documents are only examined at the consulate/embassy and I seriously doubt the ones you've already sent USCIS will be forwarded to India. Also, copies wouldn't do the trick - some of the documents need to be presented in their original forms.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

gurdip,

If the financial information you submitted with your petition is still in the file when the file gets to the consulate much of it will likely be stale and the consular officer processing the case will want to see something more current. Even if nothing has changed with respect to the numbers on the I-134 you'll want to provide current supporting information as evidence that nothing has changed.
