Question on the papers

I received the yellow letter asking for the documents to the interview.

Selective Service: I am born in 1957 and the selective service is closed during certain years. It clearly indicates on the SS website. What proof do I have to present that I am not required to register? Can I just get the print out and show it to them?

I was arrested twice. I have copies of the disposition but not the certified. When I go to court they say records not found. Can I simply take the Court Certified Record not found Certificate and give it to I/O? Or should I show IO copies of the original disposition and the certified record not found letters?

Any thoughts? My interview is on Feb 10th.

You are 55 years old. You are no longer required to be registered with the Selective Service. That ended when you were in your 30's or so.Maybe even younger. As far as arrest records are concerned, I am going to assume they were from some time ago. Were you just arrested or convicted? Was there any outcome ( jail/fine/probation)? It is possible that those records are no longer active but stored in some archive in another place/state. Getting those would require some work on your part by asking the place where you were arrested to retrieve those records. Could take a few weeks to do this. I do not know if the CO would need to see these if you have the other docs. Maybe some one who has been through this can give you a clearer picture.

One case is from 1987. The conviction is vacated. I have copies of the initial outcome. I have a Record Not found court certified document from them.

Second case is from 1992. Case Nol Processed and Arrest Record is Annulled. I have court certified documents for years ago. But now they are willing to give a no record found since the arrest recored is annulled.

Is it enough if I provide them record not found documents or can I give them the copies of the original documents. I went several times to court and they keep saying record not found. I am not sure what is it I can do at this time.
