hey guys,

im travelling to the philippines next week,here's the list of the papers that im going to bring with,please let me know guys if im good to go.

1.philippine passport

2.expired green card

3.Original copy of NOA or the extension letter

4.marriage cert.

what u think guys?any input will be appreciated..thank you! (F)

I'm not sure with a expired Green Card you will be allowed back in. Please call the USCIS to reaffirm you reentry status. I know you said you have a NOA extension, but I don't think that allows for international travel.

hi Ronniekris,thanks for the advice...i just called the USCIS,the person that i talked to she said the NOA letter with expired GC is good to travel outside the US. Oh,well hopefully i dont get any BS coz im so sick of it already :wacko: ....thank's again !have a good day to u!

Hello. I just went back to the philippines with expired GC last december 6. My GC expired November 2011. I just present my green card and NOA1. I had no problems or whatsoever. All they asked was if I already did my biometrics I said yes because we did it before I left for the philippines. They let me back to the US. :)

You should be good. Have a safe trip. enjoy

Hello. I just went back to the philippines with expired GC last december 6. My GC expired November 2011. I just present my green card and NOA1. I had no problems or whatsoever. All they asked was if I already did my biometrics I said yes because we did it before I left for the philippines. They let me back to the US. :)

hi "Anna 4 Bob",thanks for your input now i feel so relieve.maybe i should bring my biometrics appointment with stamped on it the date where i did it done( just incase they wanna see it :) )but, anyways again thank you so much for your reply.God bless You!
