I don't have a valid visa. I don't have a social security number so I cant even get a state ID... only picture ID I have is my passport that has been reissued a few weeks ago so there's nothing in it. Can I still fly within the Unites States without being asked any questions?

You need ID to board an aircraft. I would think the passport would do it. When I am outside the US, that is my ID, as a USC.

How about filling out your timeline and the rest of your profile so that we can answer your question better.

thank you! I'm a new member... I'm currently working on it :) I lost my first passport and they reissued me a new one but I don't have the I-94 form to prove i entered the states legally. I am afraid that they would ask me about it.

What I am gathering from his question is that he/she is not an American but in the USA with an expired visa and a new passport without a valid visa inside and wants to know if they can travel on domestic American flights without it. I may be wrong. It would help to have more information, it is kind of vague....

Your passport will suffice on domestic flights and they do not check your I94.

Are you working on gettng your I94 replaced? It is a hassle..

I think the OP is wondering whether he will be picked up and deported, it has happened.
