hello everyone im appliying for aos i want just asking about

is medical exam is not required if you had one in the year prior to filing the I-485 for a K-1 Visa. It tells you to complete certain sections only if your vaccination record is incomplete. So no medical exam required, means no medical exam to report on the I-693

, no I-693 needs to be filed just DS 3025 vaccination record showing that vaccinations were completed is that right?thanks alot

Yes its not required. However, it seems taht half the time it never gets forwarded and you get an RFE for it and have to end up finding a Civil Sugrent to do it again.

If you have you vacination records give that to the surgent and he/she will not have to get shots. All they did for my wife is to a TB test and blood test STDs.

Cost us 150$. Just going ahead and doing this will save you 2 months 4 months total for us, so you might get GC in 2 or 3.

Good luck

If you have a DS-3025 that is checked off as complete, then you do not need to see a CS to get the I-693. Just include a copy of your DS-3025 showing your up-to-date completed vaccinations with the rest of your AOS documents.
