What to expect at the interview?

I am planning to apply for a U.S. Citizenship but I feel so nervous thinking about it. I would like to know and ask some advice to those who already took the test and passed on what to expect at the interview.

I don't drive, I have no drivers license, I never work- is it possible I am going to fail the test because of that? I already met the requirement for applying citizenship. I did study the questions and read some of the US history.

What else should I do? Please help! Thank you all!!!

The test is about America and its history and if you can speak and write English. Nothing to do about you not driving and not working.

If you can answer the questions about US history confidently you will be just fine. The test has nothing to do with driving or

having a drivers license, so do not be concerned unnecessarily about that.

Good luck with your citizenship test!

Nothing to be worried about, just relax. The test questions come from a pool of 100 questions all of which you will know from the USCIS study guides that they will give you at the time of fingerprinting. There are no surprise questions. You need to answer at least 6 out of 10 questions correctly. Most people answer the first 6 questions right and the officer stops right there. Even if you do not get the first 6 right, again no need to worry. 6 out of 10 is definitely something you will master.

The English test is easy as well. You will need to read a simple sentence. And then the officer will tell you a simple sentence that you need to write down.

That's it. You will be fine. You do not need to worry about not working since employment is not a requirement for naturalization. The same applies for not having a driver's license. You will need some sort of extra identification though for the interview. You could apply for a state ID card.
