AoS advice needed

I arrived here in the US on Nov 8th 2011 on a K1 Visa.

We got married 29th Dec 2011 and we JUST received our Marriage Certificate.

I have looked at the threads here and see that a I-485 and I-864 with a G-325a need to be submitted. But we also have a book entitled "Fiance and Marriage visas - A couples guide to US marriage visas" in which it says my husband should submit form I-130.

What is the correct procedure for us? It's a little confusing to see one thing here and read another elsewhere =\

So does that mean I send in a copy of my I-129F and NOA2?

Follow this guide. No I-130 needed. You are AOSing based off of your approved I-129F and subsequent marriage to the petitioner within 90 days of your arrival. Yes you will need to show the NOA2 for I-129F. If you read the I-485 instructions there will be a tickbox for that option - should make more sense to you then. Bad book! Burn it!

If you want to work before you get your green card also file I-765 for EAD. If you want to travel outside the US and then be allowed to enter again before you get your green card file I-131 for advanced parole. If you file these two documents with your AOS (I-485) you will save the respective fees.
