Hi All,

I want to share somne information with regards to visiting the US through the ESTA program while you have a pending CR-1 application.

This was a question I had and I contact the CPB and this is the response I got. Hope this information is helpful for someone who has a similar query.

Using this I visited my wife few weeks back and informed the officer that I was visiting my wife and only thing he asked me was when I was going back.

Hello,

You can travel under the Visa Waiver program while an I-130 is pending. Admission is always at the discretion of the port of entry, but you could bring copies of your petition, evidence of residency and employment in the UK and any other relevant documents to help facilitate your entry.
