hi everyone, i got the NOA 1 on 08/03/2011. I am still waiting for the NOA 2. Does anyone know how far CSC processing for K-1 Visa Now? i also have a question after reading a lot from this website. when i sent my I-129F application, i did send my I-134 with all of bank manager letter, my employment letter and my past 3 years income tax. Is that ok? i read that I-134 is for package 3 or something. Should i worry about it since i sent that way too early? Thanks for you help.

Welcome to the forum.

They may ask for more recent financial statements.

Right now the VJ stats say that the CSC is working on aug 2011 petitions now. So hopefully you are in the mix right now, or will be soon!

Good luck!

You sent it too early you will need to redo all of that for the interview. USCIS does not look at the documents for that nor has any need for them. The US embassy will want to see new forms and evidence.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

thanks for the replies A&B and Inky. i have another question, how critical is the you have to meet each other in person within the last 2 years? Are they really concrete on that rule or it could be off a little bit? we were together the last time on June, 2009. i sent my I-129F on August, 2011. Does anyone know if there is any issue with that? I have not hear anything from USCIS so far since NOA1. Thanks.

Something like that is completely up to USCIS and who has your petition. No one here can really answer that question.

It states 2 years to the date of filing the petition. I *have* seen examples of petitions being denied for not reaching this requirement (afterall, it is a requirement). I *have not* seen a case of the USCIS being lenient and letting someone slip through the cracks. Just because I have not seen it, doesn't mean it hasn't happened though. But considering that they send RFEs for not dating a signature or marking a box... ... ... prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Maybe they'll have a "nice" day. I hope it works out for you though.
