CSC NOA2 approval Pattern for CR1 from IGOR List

Looking at IGOR's List, the pattern appears to point that we will have many NOA2 in the first quarter of the year.

As you can see, NOA2 approval has seriously declined since May 2011 and another major declined from July and yet Another CONSISTENT MAJOR Decline from August onward.

I realize that this is not 100% but i think it is pretty damn close as we can get with USCIS.

My only question is that since these data only show 2011 NOA1 getting approved in the same year, around 4 months.

So In majority of our cases, our NOA1 is from last year (2011). Lots of people have been waiting for their NOA2 for over 4-6 months or even longer!

That being said, so does that mean people who got their NOA1 early on in 2012 will be pushed backed up to process last years NOA1 dates?

In anycase, if past data is still valid, I hope and We Should get our NOA2 this month, especially those of us who have been waiting for NOA2 since mid last year get our NOA2 this month!
