I went to my local police station here in southern ca paid 10 and they do the research for my local area on me. I reaceived a copy in the mail a few days later.

This is the document I took to get married in Morocco.

Did not need FBI check to get married.

Yeah, those FBI checks can take forever. that is why more and more people are using those people search sites now days. Not only faster and cheaper, but pretty accurate as well.

Unless you really want FBI...
