NVC Contact Number

I know somewhere in this forum, the contact number for NVC to find out your case number is listed, but I did search a little and came up with nothing. I went onto NVC's website and found this number to call them at ((603) 334-0700) but not sure if this is correct. If not, is there a 1-800 number to get into touch with them?

Ok thanks If anyone knows this answer, if we get into contact with a person (not automated service), do we tell them the Receipt Number from the NOA2 hard copy in order to get the case number? If not, what info do I need to provide in order to find out?

Ya, they will ask you the receipt number, the one that starts with 3 letters.

Then they ask for petitioners name and dob, and beneficiarys name and dob.

They STILL don't have our file, so I don't know what else happens on the phone because I have never got that far.

Ok I tried it and they still don't have my case file. I will try everyday until they do. The automated system never asked for my nor my fiancee's name or DOB.

For those chasing after a K-1 visa - the AVR/auto-attendent NEVER has info on casefiles. Must to get a Human.

I called the 603 number and dialed 5 to speak with a human, but since this was my first time calling, I wasn't sure what to say to the guy and wanted to know what he could tell me about my case. Not sure what still processing means, but the next time I call, what should I ask to get a response I need to hear?

I gave him my EAC number along with my name + DOB and my fiancee's.

To be sure about where I am at in the process, I am currently writing an email to the NVC to find out more about my case and if I can go ahead and send the money for the AOS fee. Only thing is I don't have an invoice number which is required, which I will ask as well.

Soooooooo,

My USC Fianceé just called the USCIS, asked to be transferred to a Tier 2 Officer.

Got through to one of them, they took all the information from her and said that our case HAS been sent to the NVC but they can't see WHEN it was sent.

They said wait a week and then call the Tier 2 people back again...
