I-864 still 70.00?

Sorry, I looked all over and the gides and the shortcuts both say 70.00. I thought I saw 80.00 somewhere so I wanted to be sure.

How much is the I-864 fees?

Case completed at NVC 12-01-06 Yaaaaay

Received Interview date notice Feb 6

Physical Feb 20-21 (Went well!)

Interview date March 19"

Be sure to print out a copy of silly girls famous ST. Lukes step by step story.... Its fantastic and made it incredibly easy for my wife to go through the 2 day procedure. I will go find it and put a link.... here it is:

Do yourself a favor and print this out and take it with you to your physical....You'll be glad you did!!

Received NOA 3/29/10

Received bio notice 4/05/10

Early biometrics 4/14/10 different from

the date assigned (Original BIO date was 4/27)

Received interview date notice 5/19

Interview 6/24

Oath 8/13 Done.... and DONE!!!! :-)

I believe, it is still $70.00, the Affidavit of Support (AOS).

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

When you send AOS Fee Bill, $70.00, NVC will process it and then send you the I-864. The IV Fee Bill is $380.00 which is generated after NVC accepts the choice of agent.
