hi guys i was just wondering where to address my letter of intent to marry to i am a little confused i live in new york.

Address it to the Texas address where you will mail the petition, or don't even bother to put an address on it at all. The address at the top of the letter of intent is not required. So, you can just leave it as shown on the example letter without an address below it:

"United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services"

address it to 'Unca Darnell'

as

I'd like to see it first..

---

But seriously.. The address that yer using for shipment? Use That.. and can then use, on any salutation:

Dear USCIS/DoS/IV Officer,

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hey I wasn't asked for a letter of intent to marry by my attorney for my packet?? Is this bad? Was I surposed to send one in?......I gave him my proof like, emails, phone records, money transfers, photos...etc. So should I be worrying?

You might want to be worried, yes. A letter of intent to marry is required from the petitioner and beneficiary. Check the guide here to see what needs to be included with the petition: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide
