Hi everyone, would like to ask what are paperworks that my fiance need to provide for me, i know some but i dnt think that's enough, anyone here can give me the complete list that i need(from my fiance) after we received the NOA2, just want to prepare everything and need to tell my fiance what i needed from him because it's not really easy for us because he's in his deployment. Thank you so much in advance...

The following are the list of requirements for your visa application to US. Enclosed are forms to be filled-out by the applicant.

For the applicant

2 pcs. 2x2 size photos

Deposit slip from BPI for $350.00 each applicant

Completed filled up forms: DS 156, DS 157 and DS 156K

Original NSO Certificate of No Marriage

Evidence of Genuine Relationship and Other Proof of having met in Person

photos together and with family--if you have pictures taken after the sponsorship application was lodged

Money Transfer Receipts, used Flight itinerary, boarding passes, hotel receipts and other related receipts---all those issued after the sponsorship application was lodged

Chats, letters and cards as evidences of communication----all those you made after the lodgement of your application

Evidence of Support from the Sponsor:

--I brought the original and made copies of it also.

Copy of the US Passport with stamped pages

Copy of US Birth Certificate

Divorce Certificate as applicable

Original Form I-134, Affidavit of Support

Original Employment Verification

Original Individual Income Tax Return for tax year 2010

Original W-2 Wage and Tax Statement for 2010

Original Payslips--- 6 months updated prior the interview date

Original Bank Statements---6 months updated prior to the interview date

Please take note that requirements and instructions although similar, varies with various embassies. Goodluck!!!
