Hey everyone i need your help. I am trying to petition my wife who is in the philippines. The problem is the petition is asking for a joint account to show or finances or something the problem is the banks won't allow me to add her on to my account unless she is physically there. Any other options or advice you guys can give me??? they were either asking for that or some forms that show property ownership or lease well we don't have any of that. are there any other supporting documents i can attach to the petition?

Pretty had when she is in Philippines and you are in US. Add her to your insurance, auto home life, see some of the other posts similar to yours. Time for research.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I strongly suggest you consider anything that appears after the words, "in addition to the required...." to simply be NOT REQUIRED. If you have some of the kinds of evidence listed in that section, fine. If not, usually it comes down to the "anything else", for newlyweds. Photos and passport stamps showing time spent together are usually sufficient.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Hi! If you are supporting her financially & if your wiring her some money.. you can use western union receipts proving that you are trying to support her. that's what my husband did for our supporting documents.:)
