Here is the information that was received into Congressman Gutknecht's office. This was received from the California Service Center...

The I-130, WAC has been selected for detailed review which means it will take longer than normal processing time. If the U SCIS should discover information requiring verification, the petitioner will be contacted. We appreciate the constituent's assistance in helping us to ensure the integrity of our immigration system. Thank You for your kind words we just don't know anything and my husband reads all the approvals everyone has been getting and we filed on March 10th of this year and there now working on march 20th's I-130's We are trying to understand why they are doing this we have no answers and my husband feels we"ve been denied because it has taken so long do you have any input about this statement from the california service center any thoughts or knowledge you might have will save us I love him so much

Did you read the responses you got in your other thread that it is NOT a denial? How can your husband think it's a denial when it isn't and many people have told you so? I don't understand, did he leave you again?

This is the 5th or 6th time you've posted about breaking up. I'm sorry to hear that things have worked out this way for you, but perhaps it really is time to move on. How much more of this can you take?

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

I'm sorry but if your husband cannot handle being apart and if he thinks you are denied and if he has "left you" several several times then maybe that is a sign. Do you really want to be with someone who cannot offer you support and who constantly leaves you and threatens to divorce? If he left you because he thinks you are denied well I think that gives you the answer to your problems right there...

Maybe someone can answer this question in more detail for you but to me that does not look like a denial. If it were they would have stated that in the letter. I hope someone can shed some light on this for you. But don't worry hang in there and above all else don't give up. It will all work out you will see.

Someone has answered her! Several people have told her this is not a denial! Instead of reading the other thread where people told her this she chose to start this one now saying her husband left her... again.

If he's having trouble coping now, wait until he gets to the US.

Wow that totally sucks, sorry to hear that. I don't understand why people can't be more supportive? So what if she posted 30 other topics, I mean why kick a person when they are down? You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I've seen another special member of VJ who turned a new leaf for half a day, then she turned another one and went back to being herself. Only time can tell.
