We are on the search for plane tickets from Manila to North Carolina, can u suggest websites and airlines we can look for?

My fiance will buy the ticket online, what should I need to present aside from the plane tickets. For domestic travel here in the Philippines, we need to present the credit card used for the purchase of the tickets, is this the same thing with International flight?

Thanks in advance!

For air travel, the first place I always check is www.kayak.com. You enter the departure and arrival cities/airports and the dates you would travel, and it gives you all the options with all the flight details.

I hope that helps.

not sure about other airlines but for Philippine Airlines, you need the following:

If the credit card owner is not part of the travelling party and is unable to present the credit card used, PAL also reserves the right to require the presentation of clear photocopies of the front of the credit card and the valid PHOTO ID of the credit card owner at the ticket collection point, upon check-in and in cases of reissuance, rebooking and/or refund. It shall be the responsibility of the credit card owner to ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the requirement.

got that off from their website

I use either kayak.com or travelocity.com ... I've also used expedia.

I tend to look for the cheapest flights and then go to the airline for the price shown. I personally prefer to buy through the airline, and I still am able to get the lowest possible price (unless you plan on doing one of those 3-5 stop and switch airlines a million times type of deal).

Usually on international flights, the passport is needed. I've never had to present anything other than my passport.

Safe travels!
