Hello! different day, new problem ugh! :D:blink:

My questions are? 1. The example for AP via the AOS process is very limited and I don't have a specific instance of travel planned outside of usa but since it is part of the cost of AOS I would like to pursue it "just in case" yet don't have a specific trip planned....ideas? is this common or if you don't have something concrete do you skip the AP? or still value in completing on speculation?

2.If I send it without concrete dates does it increase the chance of an RFE ?

Thank you! :)

We just put unknown for the dates and gave for the reason something like he may want to visit with his family. His AP was approved no problem and two weeks later he went home for a month to wrap up some business then returned to the USA with no problems.

Delia,

Mult succes!! Toate cele bune!!

You do not need to worry about not having exact dates, just put unknown. The reason for travelling is not really relevant, it can be as simple as just wanting to go visit family or friends. Good luck!!
