Hello everyone. I'm preparing packet 3 and my fiance will be having his interview in Juarez this February. I was wondering what forms I will be needing. Would they ask for form DS-157, DS-158 and the DS-230? Thank you all for the help :)

Please be careful when listening to advice about specific embassy procedure when the person answering is not from your country or not interviewing at the embassy you will be at.

Not all embassys use the same forms or procedures.

Like Jay Kay said, follow the link to the CDJ consulate link. Also, when you go to your interview print out the entire email of confirmation from ASC. I saw people sent back for just having the first page.

The DS-157 is for male applicants only between the ages of 16 and 45. I was about to say that you don't need it for Mexico, but then my wife (obviously) is female and she was the one getting the visa. You can get more info. on it here.

From the brief research I did online, it looks like you will need it if the visa applicant is male.

My husband filled out and took the DS 157 with him for his interview since it is supposed to be required for males, but they did not take it from him. They said they did not need it. You can have your fiance fill out the DS 157 and take it with him just in case. It is better to have something if needed, than not.

Yeah I was thinking that too. So no need to take the DS-158 right?! thanks :)

The DS-158 is for F, M, and J visa applicants thus for a K-1 visa, it is not needed.
