My Immigration lawyer told me to look for a good criminal lawyer to get this taken care of, and at least try to make this charge as minimal as possible.

I'm working on it.

I just need to take care of this charge and face the facts. Even if I get denied at least I can try it again in a couple of years, unless it's a lifetime ban :-(

If I don't have enough time, my Immigration lawyer is gonna try to ask for more time to take care of this.

There appears to be a pattern of behavior, I would see one or two attorneys, immigration and a criminal. Prostitution is one of the key questions in the interview process. Besides false statements to an IO officer.

I'm sorry you're getting judged pretty harshly for this. Your relationship with your husband is nobody's business and you didn't ask for advice on that front.

It has been my experience that even if your criminal case is dropped, sealed, or expunged, your fingerprints will remain forever in the FBI's database. They just don't go away. In the 1970's I was busted for " sleeping on private property" in the Florida Keys. It was only a $50 fine. But they took my fingerprints and to this day when a company does a background check on me they show up. It becomes a bit funny explaining that situation but I do have to explain, every time. You cannot hide this stuff.

IF that friend was a USCitizen, and you used her name on the arrest,

then you've represented yourself as a USCitizen (even though sideways)

We've had the interview, everything went fine on our relationshp part, we do truly love each other, and I didn't get married for a Green Card. Iv'e been in the States since 2007 and we got married 2011.

All she asked for was more info on my arrest, and I don't understand why she made me sign the form explaining on reapplying on a GC before expiring.

They are required by law to tell you about how to remove conditions on your GC. She was just following the law to make sure her interview was complete. It doesn't mean that it will be approved. Even if you are truly in love, an alien can be inadmissible as an immigrant for certain crimes.
