supervisor review pending for 18 business days

Hi friends,

supervisor review for marriage certificate is pending for 18 business days.

pls advice what to do.

every time i call, they tell wait for a few more days

Sorry to hear that. I think, it is getting almost making 1 month delay. NVC staff really seem to work like Indian Gov offices, delay & delay.

I remember, there was someone who responded you in your other thread for this. So wait to complete 21 business days, and after that, get really serious with them to look for your matter right away.

any problem with talking to a supervisor? can i request them to take my case , since it already passed the 15 business days they mentioned.

when i request they told like 10 to 15 business days
