Hi, not sure if anyone else had this problem but I was approved for my I-130 back on May 20, 2010 which is expiring this May 2012 so I’m getting ready to file for my I-751 after March 20th, 2012. The problem I have is that my birthday is wrong on my green card by ONE MONTH – which I just noticed last Friday. My husband and I are in my brother’s wedding this June in Canada will I have trouble reentering the States because of this? Also my passport doesn’t have my married name on it (I hyphenated it).

I’ve talked to a lawyer and she advised not to file I-90 to fix my birthday because I won’t be getting the card back in time to file for my I-761- I’m just going to make sure that my birthday is correct on my form.

Please help!
